• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #85 - 13 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />FOR 4TH AVENUE STATE AID SYSTEM. <br />WHEREAS: it is proposed to improve 4th Avenue between Main Street <br />and Lilac Street by providing adequate area drainage <br />and upgrading 4th Avenue to Minnesota State Aid stand- <br />ards; <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />0 MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to John Davidson of Toltz, <br />King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates, Inc. and he be instructed to <br />prepare plans and specifications for submission to the State Aid <br />Engineer for approval as a part of the State Aid Road System in <br />Lino Lakes. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this Twelfth day of August, <br />1985. <br />ATTEST <br />Marilyn G.
