• <br />• <br />WHEREAS; <br />WHEREAS: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #85 - 14 <br />RESOLUTION FOR A HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT <br />the City Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed <br />assessment of the cost of the installation of sew- <br />ers on Tomahawk Trail from Birch Street south to <br />the north boundary of Shenandoah II, and <br />the proposed assessment has been completed and <br />filed in the office of the Clerk for public in- <br />spection, <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. A hearing shall be held on the 23rd day of <br />September, 1985 in the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. <br />to pass upon such proposed assessment and at <br />such time and place all persons owning prop- <br />erty affected by such improvement will be <br />given an opportunity to be heard with refer- <br />ence to such assessment. <br />2 The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a <br />notice of the hearing on the proposed assess- <br />ment to be published once in the official news- <br />paper at least two (2) weeks prior to the hear- <br />ing, and she shall state in the notice the total <br />cost of the improvement. She shall also cause <br />mailed notice to be given to the owner of each <br />parcel described in the assessment roll not <br />less than two (2) weeks prior to the hearing. <br />Adopted by the City Council this 26th day of August, 1985. <br />1j1 ) <br />Marilyn G.
