• <br />• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION #85 - 15 <br />A JOINT RESOLUTION APPROVING MINNESOTA LAWS, 1985, CHAPTER 90, <br />UTILITIES COMMISSION MEMBERSHIP. <br />WHEREAS: The Cities of Circle Pines and Lino Lakes have re- <br />quested the State of Minnesota to enact a law per- <br />mitting the Cities of Circle Pines and Lino Lakes <br />to determine the size of the Circle Pines Utility <br />Commission, and <br />WHEREAS: The State'of Minnesota did enact Minnesota Laws, 1985 <br />Chapter 90, Utilities Commission Membership permitt- <br />ing both cities to determine the size of the Circle <br />Pines Utilities Commission, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCILS OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES AND CIRCLE PINES, <br />1. <br />ATTEST: <br />That pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 645.021 the City <br />Council of the City of Lino Lakes does hereby approve <br />Minnesota Laws, 1985, Chapter 90. <br />L -// <br />"Benjamin <br />Marilyn G.
