565 -0 <br />RESOLUTION #85 - 24 <br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF A MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: OCTOBER 15, 1985 <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka <br />County, Minnesota, was duly called and held at City Hall in <br />said City on the 15th day of October, 1985, at 7 :00 o'clock <br />P.M. for the purpose of opening, considering bids for, and <br />awarding the sale of $1,850,000 General Obligation Temporary <br />Improvement Bonds, Series 1985A of the City. <br />The following members were present: W. Bohjanen, <br />D. Marier, V. Reinert & Mayor B. Benson <br />and the following were absent: <br />R. Kulaszewicz <br />The City Administrator presented affidavits showing <br />publication of notice of call for bids on $1,850,000 General <br />Obligation Temporary Improvement Bonds, Series 1985 of the <br />City, for which bids were to be received at this meeting, in <br />accordance with the resolution adopted by the City Council on <br />September 9, 1985. The affidavits were examined, found to <br />comply with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 475, <br />and were approved and ordered placed on file. <br />The Council proceeded to receive and open bids for <br />the sale of the Bonds.
