• • STATE OF MINNESOTA COUNTY OF ANOKA CITY OF LINO LAKES RESOLUTION NO. 85 - 25 RESOLUTION ADOPTING CABLE COMMUNICATIONS ORDINANCE AMENDMENT AGREE- MENT NO. 1. WHEREAS, Group W. Cable of the North Central Suburbs, Inc. (here- inafter "Group W "), a Minnesota Corporation, is constructing a cable communications system in the City pursuant to City Code, Appendix I; and WHEREAS, the North Central Suburban Cable Communications Commission has recommended certain amendments to the Ordinance and the exec- ution of "Amendment Agreement No. 1" between the City and Group W; WHEREAS, the Council finds that the adopting and approval of the recommended amendments and Amendment Agreement No. 1 are in the best interests of the City; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: 1. That Amendment Agreement No. 1 is adopted by City as del- ineated in Attachment A to this resolution. 2. That the Cable Communications Code, Appendix I is hereby amended at Article VI, Section 4.C. (2); Exhibit A; and Article III, Section 6 and 7 as delineated in Attachments I, II, and III respect- ively to Amendment Agreement No. 1. 3. That the Mayor and the City Administrator are authorized and directed to execute Amendment Agreement No. 1 for and on behalf of the City and to deliver it to Group W for execution. 4. That the attached ordinance summary related to the ordinance amendments adopted pursuant to paragraph No. 2, hereof, is a fair and accurate summary of said ordinance amendments and is hereby authorized for publication.
