• <br />• <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 28 - 85 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSFER FEDERAL REVENUE <br />SHARING FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, There exists a balance of $42,844.06 in the Federal <br />Revenue Sharing Fund account, and <br />WHEREAS, <br />the City Council authorized the expenditure of these <br />funds, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, <br />That the Lino Lakes City Clerk be authorized to transfer <br />from the Federal Revenue Sharing Fund account the amount <br />of $42,844.06 to be transferred to the General Fund. <br />Passed by the City Council this 23rd day of December, 1985. <br />LL lc L '.oi 7 <br />Marilyn G.
