• <br />CITY OF L INO LAKES <br />ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO._01 - 86 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS PERTAINING <br />TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF 1986 UTILITY AND STREET IMPROVEMENTS, RICE LAKE <br />ESTATES, PROJECT 86 -1 <br />WHEREAS, a publ is hearing has been held on the improvement of 1986 Util ity <br />and Street Improvements, Rice Lake Estates, Project 86 -1, and <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been authorized for said <br />improvement, and <br />WHEREAS, easements are necessary to construct certain phases of this <br />improvement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />S MINNESOTA: That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to <br />proceed with easement acquisition through negotiation or condemnation. <br />Adopted by the City Counci I of Lino Lakes, this day o <br />1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Marilyn G.
