• <br />• <br />CITY OF L INO LAKES <br />ANCKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 02 _ 86 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CITY ATTORNEY TO ACQUIRE EASEMENTS PERTAINING <br />TO THE CONSTRUCTION OF STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS FOR 4TH <br />AVENUE NORTH - MAIN STREET (CSAH 14) TO LILAC STREET (STATE TRUNK <br />HIGHWAY 49), PROJECT 86 -2 <br />WHEREAS, plans and specifications have been authorized on the improvement <br />of Street and Drainage Improvements, 4th Avenue North - Main Street (CSAH <br />14) to Lilac Street (State Trunk Highway 49), Protect 86 -2, and <br />WHEREAS, easements are necessary to construct certain phases of this <br />improvement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: That the City Attorney is hereby authorized and directed to <br />proceed with easement acquisition through negotiation or condemnation. <br />Adopted by the City Counci I of Lino Lakes, this 1 __ day of eZz tilS, <br />1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />Marilyn G.
