• <br />• <br />RESOLUTION #03 -86 <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE LOW BID AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF RICE LAKE ESTATES <br />WHEREAS, <br />pursuant to the advertisement for bids for the <br />improvement of Rice Lake Estates from North Road West <br />of the City limits to Lake Drive, South on Highway <br />#49 to Rice Lake Estates, bids were received, opened <br />and tabulated according to law, and <br />WHEREAS, it appears thatC. W. Houle, Inc. of Ardin Hills <br />is the lowest responsible Bidder. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and <br />directed to enter into the attached contract with <br />C. W. Houle, Inc. of Ardin Hills <br />in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the <br />improvement of Rice Lake Estates according the the <br />plans and specifications therefor approved by the <br />City Council and on file in the office of the <br />City Clerk. <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br />return forthwith to all bidders the deposits <br />made with their bids, except that the deposits of the <br />sucessful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall <br />be retained until a contract is signed. <br />Adopted by the council this 10th day of February, 1986 <br />enjamin G.
