• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #86 - 04 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION <br />OF REPORT <br />BE IT RESOLVED, By the City Council of Lino Lakes, Minnesota: <br />1. That a petition requesting the following described improvements: <br />the installation of municipal sewer, water, storm sewer, curbs, <br />gutters and streets in the plat known as Ulmers 4th Addition, <br />filed with the City on the 14th day of February, 1986 is hereby <br />declared to be signed by at least twenty -five (25 %) percent in <br />number of the benefitted property owners as required by Section <br />8.01, Subdivision 1 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED By the City Council of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in a prelim- <br />inary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as <br />to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with <br />some other improvements, and the estimated cost therefore which <br />shall be set out both in unit price and total. <br />That the estimated number of benefited property owners by such <br />improvement is one (1). <br />Adopted by the Council this 24th day of February, 1986. <br />I/ 164 <br />Marilyn G1 Anderson, City Clerk <br />Benjamin .
