CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #07 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON ULMER'S RICE LAKE FOURTH (4TH) <br />ADDITION AND AUTHORIZING THE PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br />WHEREAS, <br />Pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted <br />February 24, 1986, a report has been prepared by <br />Robert Toddie of TKDA with reference to the improvement <br />of Ulmer's Rice Lake Fourth (4th) Addition, and <br />this report was received by the Council on March 24, <br />1986. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed <br />in the Council Resolution adopted February 24, <br />1986. <br />2. Mr Robert Toddie of TKDA is hereby designated <br />as the Engineer for this improvement.
