• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution No. 09 - 86 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR <br />IMPROVEMENT ON SUNSET ROAD <br />WHEREAS, A resolution of the City Council adopted on the 12th <br />day of May, 1986 fixed a date for a Council hearing on <br />the following described improvement; <br />Improvement on Sunset Road between North Road and <br />Interstate 35W but reserving the final decision <br />regarding the northerly most six (6) lots until <br />August 25, 1986. This improvement includes in- <br />stallation of municipal water, sanitary sewer, <br />curbs, gutters, driveway aprons and storm sewer. <br />AND WHEREAS, Published and mailed notices of the hearing as <br />required by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given <br />and a hearing was held thereon on the 9th day of <br />June, 1986 at which all persons desiring to be heard <br />were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />AND WHEREAS, A period of sixty (60) days has elapsed after the <br />public hearing and no petitions have been filed <br />against the improvement as provided by in Section <br />8.04 Subd. 1 of Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City <br />Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LINO LAKES, <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed <br />in the Council resolution adopted the 12th day <br />of May, 1986. <br />2. Robert Wiegert, Blaine City Engineer is hereby <br />designated as the engineer for this project. He <br />shall prepare plans and specifications for making <br />such improvement. <br />3. Mayor Benjamin G. Benson and Clerk- Treasurer <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, be authorized to enter <br />into a joint powers agreement with the City of <br />Blaine for installation of the above described <br />improvements. <br />Adopted this eleventh day • -.gus , 1986. <br />Benjamin s.
