• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #13 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION DENYING THE ULMER'S RICE LAKE FOURTH (4TH) ADDITION <br />PRELIMINARY PLAT. <br />WHEREAS: A Public Hearing has been held on the proposed <br />preliminary plat for Ulmer's Rice Lake 4th Ad- <br />dition before the City Council on May 12, 1986 <br />and May 27, 1986, and <br />WHEREAS: The developer was unable to obtain easements for <br />street purposes and storm water drainage to ade- <br />quately serve the proposed plat, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA that the preliminary plat of Ulmer's Rice Lake 4th <br />Addition be denied for the reason the developer was unable to <br />obtain easements for street purposes and storm water drainage <br />to adequately serve the proposed plat. <br />Adopted by the Council on the 27th day of May, 1986. <br />Ma ilyn G.
