• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION #28 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT ON 80TH STREET IMPROVEMENTS AND <br />CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to a report being prepared by the City Eng- <br />ineer with reference to the 80th Street improvement <br />presented to the Lino Lakes City Council, August 11, <br />1986 <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the improvement of such <br />80th Street area in accordance with the report and <br />the assessment of abutting property for all or a <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated total <br />cost of $101,000.00. Each lot will be assessed <br />nothing. <br />2. A Public Hearing shall be held on such proposed <br />improvements on the 22nd day of September, 1986 <br />in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 9:00 <br />P.M. and the Clerk shall give mailed and published <br />notice of such hearing and improvement as required <br />by law. <br />Adopted by the City Council of Lino Lakes this 25th day of August, <br />1986. <br />ily�� Anderson, Clerk- Treasurer <br />
