• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Ordinance #32 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF A FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVE- <br />MENT ON NORTH ROAD <br />WHEREAS, It is proposed to conduct the following described im- <br />provement: <br />Installation of sanitary sewer and curbing along North <br />Road beginning at Sunset Road and ending at Lake Drive <br />(County #23). <br />and to assess the benefited property for all of or a <br />portion of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to <br />Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes Home Rule Charter; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br />it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated cost therefor which shall be set out <br />both in unit price and in total. <br />That the estimated number of benefited property owners <br />by such improvement is five. <br />Adopted by the Council this 25th day of August, 1986. <br />(7-- :2) <br />Agek <br />Benjamin G :enso'1�'''ayor <br />ciya, {{, , 4 <br />Marilyn G.
