• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />Resolution #33 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS FOR <br />NORTHERLY SIX LOTS ON SUNSET ROAD <br />WHEREAS, A resolution of the City Council adopted on the 12th <br />day of May, 1986 fixed a date for a Council hearing <br />on the following described improvement: <br />Lots One through Six, Block Two, Lexington Park <br />Lakeview for the installation of sanitary sewer, mun- <br />icipal water, street restoration, curbs, gutters and <br />driveway aprons with the option in writing from the <br />owners of Lots four, five and six indicating whether <br />they want sewer and /or water and the owner of Lot three <br />according to an agreement of the Blaine Engineer and <br />property owner. <br />AND WHEREAS, Published and mailed notices of the hearing as re- <br />quired by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given and <br />a hearing has held thereon on the 9th day of June, <br />1986 at which all persons desiring to be heard were <br />given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />AND WHEREAS, A period of sixty (60) days has elapsed after the <br />public hearing and no petitions have been filed ag- <br />ainst the improvement as provided by in Section 8.04 <br />Subd. 1 of Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed <br />in the Council resolution adopted the 12th day <br />of May, 1986. <br />2. Robert Wiegert, Blaine City Engineer is hereby <br />designated as the engineer for this project. He <br />shall prepare plans and specifications for making <br />such improvement. <br />3. Mayor Benjamin G. Benson and Clerk - Treasurer <br />Marilyn G. Anderson, be authorized to enter <br />into a joint powers agreement with the City of <br />Blaine for installation of the above described <br />improvements. <br />Adopted this twenty fifth ,day-- e1dust, <br />11:ijamin G <br />gz t:, - C 6 <br />a ilyn G.
