Lefebvre in his letter <br />dated September 16, 1986 has indicated that several lots <br />located in the City of Lino Lakes has been forfeited to <br />the State of Minnesota, and <br />WHEREAS: <br />WHEREAS: <br />All of these lots have assessments certified against them, <br />and <br />The City feels the only method of recouping at least a <br />portion of the assessments is to offer the lots for sale <br />to the highest bidder, <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNSOTA that the following described lots be purchased from the <br />State of Minnesota and offered for sale to the highest bidder: <br />Lot 1, Block 8, Lakes Addition #3 <br />Lot 2, Block 8, Lakes Addition #3 <br />Lot 5, Block 8, Lakes Addition #3 <br />Lot 11, Block 8, Lakes Addition #3 <br />Lot 12, Block 8, Lakes Addition #3 <br />Lot 9, Block 9, Lakes Addition #3 <br />Lot 10, Block 9, Lakes Addition #3 <br />Lot 11, Block 9, Lakes Addition #3 <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this twenty seventh <br />,day :of =October, 1986. <br />Marilyn G.
