• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 50 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON DEER PASS <br />TRAIL. <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to conduct the following described improve- <br />ment: <br />Upgrade the entire length of Deer Pass Trail to current <br />City standards and to assess the benefited property for <br />all of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter <br />8 of the Lino Lakes Home Rule Charter; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City <br />Engineer for study and that he is instructed to report <br />to the Council with all convenient speed advising the <br />Council in a preliminary way as to whether the proposed <br />improvement is feasible and as to whether it should best <br />be made as proposed or in connection with some other im- <br />provement, and the estimated cost therefor which shall <br />be set out both in unit price and in total. <br />That the estimated number of benefited property owners <br />by such improvement is six. <br />LLL <br />Adopted by the Council this ,a'? , day of &?"ti,ti <br />)nr‘,_ . <br />7- <br />, 1986. <br />Benjamin .
