• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 51 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF FEASIBILITY REPORT ON IMPROVE- <br />MENT. <br />WHEREAS, It is proposed to conduct the following described improve- <br />ment; <br />Installation of municipal water, sanitary sewer, streets, <br />curbs, gutters and storm sewers on property described as <br />follows: the northeast 4 of the southeast 4 of Section 28, <br />Township 31, Range 22, City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, <br />And to assess the benefited property for all of or a port- <br />ion of the costs of the improvement, pursuant to Chapter <br />8 of the Lino Lakes Home Rule Charter; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Eng- <br />ineer for study and that he is instructed to report to the Council <br />with all convenient speed advising the Council in a preliminary way <br />as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether <br />it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some other <br />improvement, and the estimated costs therefor which shall be set out <br />both in unit price and in total. <br />The estimated number of benefited property owners by such <br />improvement is one. <br />Adopted by the Council this cl g day of ��L- , 1986. <br />Marilyn <br />,�.1_ <br />.
