CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 53 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT ON 4TH AVENUE <br />WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 25th day <br />of August, 1986, fixed a date for a Council hearing on <br />the following described improvement: <br />4th Avenue between Main Street and Lilac Street <br />WHEREAS, published and mailed notice of the hearing as required <br />by the Lino Lakes City Charter was given and a hearing <br />was held thereon on the 22nd day of September, 1986, at <br />which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br />opportunity to be heard thereon. <br />WHEREAS, a period of sixty (60) days has elapsed after the public <br />hearing and no petitions have been filed against the im- <br />provement as provided by in Section 8.04, Subd. 1 of Ch- <br />apter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, <br />1. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br />resolution adopted the 25th day of August, 1986. <br />2. Ronald Stahlberg, Toltz, King, Duvall, Anderson and Associates <br />is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement.
