Section 2. Notice of Hearing; Filing of Program. The <br />City Clerk- Treasurer is authorized and directed to cause notice <br />of the hearing, substantially in the form attached hereto as <br />Exhibit A, to be given as required by law, to place a copy of <br />the Development Program and the Tax Increment Financing Plan <br />on file in the Clerk- Treasurer's office at City Hall and to <br />make such copy available for inspection by the public no later <br />than December 8, 1986. <br />That motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was <br />duly seconded by Councilmember Bisel , and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Bisel, Bohjanen, Reinert, Marier, Benson <br />and the following voted against the same: <br />None <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted <br />by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, Minnesota, on <br />• November 24, 1986. <br />ATTEST: <br />lek-TreaSurer <br />
