• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 58 - 86 <br />A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT <br />FOR DEER PASS TRAIL. <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to a motion of the Council adopted the 27th <br />day of October, 1986, a report has been prepared by <br />the City Engineer with reference to the following <br />described improvement: <br />Upgrade the entire length of Deer Pass Trail to curr- <br />ent City standards. Lots 18 through 28 of Otter Lake <br />Hills are lots affected by this Resolution. <br />and this report was received by the Council on the <br />10th day of November, 1986. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF LINO LAKES, <br />MINNESOTA: <br />1. The Council will consider the above described improvement in <br />accordance with the report of the City Engineer and the assessment <br />of benefited property for all of the costs of the improvement pur- <br />suant to Chapter 8 of the Lino Lakes City Charter and Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 429. <br />2. The estimated unit price of such improvement is outlined in <br />the attached list. The estimated total cost of the project is <br />$17,042.00. <br />3. A public hearing shall be held on the proposed improvement <br />on the twelfth day of January, 1987 in the Council Chambers at <br />the City Hall at 7:30 P.M. The City Clerk shall cause this Re- <br />solution to be published twice, at least one week apart, in the <br />official newspaper of the City, no less than two weeks prior to <br />the date of said hearings, and in addition thereto, a copy of <br />this Resolution shall be mailed to each benefited property owner <br />at their last known address at least two weeks prior to the date <br />of the hearing. <br />Adopted by the Council this twenty fourth day of November, 1986. <br />).-\( -141 Lt,vs---, ---I <br />Mari yn G.
