• <br />• <br />Council Membaaf f er t Introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12-22 <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH <br />BRWK APPRAISALS INC <br />OTTER LAKE ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City has prepared a feasibility study regarding the improvement of Otter Lake <br />Road north of Main Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the City held a public hearing for the improvements on Februrary 13, 2012; and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has requested additional information regarding land costs and the <br />review of the special benefit associated with said improvements prior to ordering the <br />improvement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That staff is hereby authorized to enter a contract with BRWK Appraisals, Inc. in the amount <br />of $9,400 for appraisal services related to the Otter Lake Road Extension improvement <br />project. <br />Attest: <br />Juli Bartell, City Cl rk <br />S. MINNESOTA <br />Jeff Rei e , ayor <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 27th day of February, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Council Member <br />and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Roeser <br />Rafferty Reeser O'Donnell, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The tollowing Soted against same: <br />none <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
