• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -35 <br />APPROVING A PEDDLERS LICENSE FOR BIG BELL ICE CREAM. <br />WHEREAS, Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for -profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on the <br />company representative that would be working in Lino Lakes, Mr. Jon Randall Samuelson; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Mr. Jon Samuelson, an employee of Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., is hereby authorized to vend for a <br />period of six - months beginning April 24, 2012 and ending October 24, 2012. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 23rd day of April, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member staes.z and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Stoesz, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff Rei -rt, ayor <br />
