The company representative who would be working <br />in Lino Lakes, Mr. Randy Lust, plans to travel through the Lino Lakes' neighborhoods <br />going door to door handing out flyers and promoting tree services. <br />The City has received all the necessary forms required to issue this company a license. <br />The Lino Lakes Police Department has performed a background check and indicates no <br />reason to deny the application. <br />The application and all other required information is on file in the city clerk's office for <br />review. <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />Approve Resolution No. 12 -45, Approving the issuance of a Peddler License for a six <br />month period commencing June 12, 2012. <br />
