• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -58 <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />OTTER LAKE ROAD EXTENSION <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 12 -05 adopted the 9th day of January, 2012, a date for a <br />council hearing on proposed improvement of Otter Lake Road between Main Street and a point <br />approximately 440 feet northerly of Main Street by street construction and installation of sanitary <br />sewer, water main, storm sewer, traffic control signals and pedestrian/bicycle facilities, and <br />WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given <br />and the hearing was held thereon on the 13th day of February, 2012, at which time all persons <br />desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the preparation of plans and specifications, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LINO <br />LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. Such improvement is necessary, cost - effective and feasible as detailed in the feasibility <br />report. <br />2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the council resolution adopted the 9th <br />day of January, 2009. <br />3. The City's Planning and Zoning Board has reviewed the proposed improvement and found <br />that the proposed improvement is in compliance with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br />4. WSB & Associates is hereby declared as the engineer for this improvement. Preparations of <br />plans and specification for the improvements were previously ordered by City Council <br />Resolution No. 12 -27. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this ocb day of e 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />O' Donnell and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Stoesz, Rafferty, Reine <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />2 <br />Jeff Rei <br />, Mayor <br />
