• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -61 <br />Resolution Approving a Peddler License for Edward Zaliagiris <br />WHEREAS, Edward Zaliagiris has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office requesting authorization to sell educational products door to door; and <br />WHEREAS, Edward Zaliagiris has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 <br />of the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for - profit business; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on <br />Mr. Zaliagiris; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota: <br />Mr. Edward Zaliagiris, is hereby authorized to sell educational products door to door for <br />the following period: July 10, 2012 through August 30, 2012. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 9th day of July, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member 0' Donnel l and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, O'Donnell, Roeser, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />1 <br />Ju is . e Bartell, City lerk <br />Jeff Rein rt, ayor <br />
