• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -71 <br />APPROVING NO PARKING RESTRICTION <br />S.A.P.: 002-614-038 <br />MAIN STREET (ANOKA COUNTY NO. 14) FROM AENON PLACE TO ELBE <br />STREET IN <br />THE CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA. <br />WHEREAS, The City has planned the improvements of Main Street from Aenon Place to Elbe <br />Street; and <br />WHEREAS, the Anoka County will be expending County State Aid Street Funds on the <br />improvements of this Street; and <br />WHEREAS, this improvement does not provide adequate width for parking on both sides of the <br />street; and approval of the proposed construction as a County State Aid project must therefore be <br />conditioned upon certain parking restrictions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />That the City shall ban the parking of motor vehicles on both sides of Main Street from Aenon <br />Place to Elbe Street at all times. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this23rd day ofJuly , 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />R a f f P r t y and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Stoesz <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, Roeser, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />e Bartell, City C -rk <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />Jeff ' einert, Mayor <br />
