• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12-92 <br />RESOLUTION SETTING DATE FOR THE PUBLIC HEARING FOR THE <br />PROPOSED 2013 OPERATING BUDGET AND 2012 TAX LEVY COLLECTIBLE <br />IN 2013 <br />WHEREAS, governmental entities are required to hold a hearing during a regularly <br />scheduled City Council meeting to receive public input on the proposed operating budget <br />and tax levy; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of Lino Lakes wishes to set the date and time of its <br />meeting for this purpose. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota that the City of Lino Lakes, Anoka County, Minnesota, that: <br />1. The public hearing date is hereby set for Monday, December 10, 2012, at 6:30 p.m. <br />during the regularly scheduled City Council meeting with final adoption of the 2012- <br />2013 tax levy and 2013 general operating budget anticipated immediately following <br />the hearing. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 10th day of September, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member 0' Donnell and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Stoesz, Rein <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Juli. e Bartell, City l Jerk <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />
