Miller of Shakopee, Minnesota in the <br />amount of $1,693,428.16. The engineers estimate for the project was $1,773,200.30. TKDA, the <br />City's consulting engineer, has reviewed the bid documents and recommended award of the <br />project to Valley Paving. <br />
