• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -97 <br />APPROVING A SPECIAL EVENT PERMIT FOR BENEFIT AT <br />AMERICAN LEGION POST 566 <br />WHEREAS, Pam Remme is working with organizers at American Legion Post <br />566 in Lino Lakes in planning a benefit for Ava Berreau; and <br />WHEREAS, the benefit would be held on September 15, 2012, from 1:00 to 6:00 <br />p.m. and will include food and music; and <br />WHEREAS, Ms. Remme has submitted an application for a special event and <br />cabaret permit that establishes plans for the benefit; and <br />WHEREAS, city staff has reviewed the event plans and have determined that <br />they meet the requirements of the city's ordinances; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />Lakes, Minnesota: <br />That the City Council hereby authorizes the issuance of a Special Event and Cabaret <br />Permit to Pam Remme to hold the Ava Berreau Benefit on September 15, 2012. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of September, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council <br />Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Stoesz, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Juli. e Bartell, City lerk <br />Jeff Rein, , f ayor <br />
