• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -98 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION SERVICE CONTRACT <br />WITH TKDA FOR THE LAKE/MAIN & BIRCH/WARE SIGNAL PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has awarded the contract for the Lake /Main & Birch/Ware <br />Signal Improvement Project; and <br />WHEREAS, TKDA, the City's consulting engineer, has submitted a proposal to provide <br />construction engineering services for the project <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. The city council approves the construction services agreement with TKDA in the amount not <br />to exceed of $ 9,875. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of September, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Stoesz and was duly seconded by Council Member o ' Donnell and <br />upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />St z O'Donnell.
