CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 12 -123 <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL 2013 GENERAL OPERATING <br />BUDGET FOR THE CITY OF LINO LAKES. <br />WHEREAS, Pursuant to State Statute, the Lino Lakes City Council is required to adopt a resolution setting out final <br />General Fund revenues and expenditures for the upcoming fiscal year. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the following final General Fund operating budget be adopted for <br />2013: <br />2013 FINAL GENERAL FUND BUDGET <br />REVENUES: <br />Property Taxes $7,345,538 <br />Intergovernmental Revenue 435,000 <br />Licenses and Permits 347,800 <br />Charges for Services 243,600 <br />Fines & Forfeitures 140,000 <br />Interest on Investments 40,000 <br />Miscellaneous 289,447 <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND REVENUES $8,841,385 <br />EXPENDITURES: <br />Administration <br />Community Development <br />Public Safety <br />Public Services <br />Other <br />TOTAL FINAL GENERAL FUND EXPENDITURES <br />$1,124,998 <br />719,239 <br />3,804,834 <br />2,532,239 <br />660,075 <br />$8,841,385 <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 10th day of December, 2012. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />O Donne 1 1 and was duly seconded by Council Member RQe.s.er and upon vote being taken thereon, the <br />following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Stoesz, Rafferty, <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julia e Bartell, City Clerk <br />Jeff Reinert, <br />
