CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 14-106 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT & <br />PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR NORTHPOINTE 2nd ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat for NorthPointe 2nd Addition with <br />Resolution No. 14-105 on September 22, 2014; and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Contract & Planned Unit Development Agreement between <br />Tony Emmerich Construction, Inc. and the City of Lino Lakes for NorthPointe 2nd Addition and <br />authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of September, 2014. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />and was duly seconded by Council Member and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />Jeff Reinert, Mayor <br />ATTEST: <br />Julianne Bartell, City Clerk <br />
