• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13-03 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT FOR MUNICIPAL ENGINEERING SERVICES WITH WSB AND <br />ASSOCIATES, INC. <br />WHEREAS, the city council retained the services of WSB & Associates to serve as the <br />City's Municipal Engineer in June of 2011, and <br />WHEREAS, the city council finds that it is in the best interests of the city to extend the <br />contract with WSB and Associates through 2013. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />1. That the professional service agreement between the City and WSB & Associates is <br />hereby approved for 2013 and the Mayor and Clerk are authorized to execute the <br />agreement on behalf of the City. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that WSB is hereby appointed City Engineer effective January <br />1, 2013. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this day of , 20_. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />O' Dopnell and was duly seconded by Council Member Roes�r and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Julie Bartell, City Ilerk <br />Jeff Reinert, Tayor <br />
