• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -26 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT <br />FOR FOREST VIEW ACRES 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City for the approval of a final plat, and <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the preliminary plat for Forest View Acres 2nd Addition, <br />formerly known as Rademacher Addition, with Resolution No. 12 -129 on December 10, 2012, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the conditions of the preliminary plat approval have been addressed or are <br />otherwise provided for in the development agreement for the subdivision, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Forest View Acres 2nd Addition received by the City February 12, <br />2013, attached hereto as Exhibit A, is consistent with the preliminary plat; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Final Plat of Forest View Acres 2nd Addition subject to the following <br />condition: <br />1. The developer shall submit an executed development agreement and all documents, fees <br />and securities required therein prior to release of the signed Final Plat. <br />Adopted by the Lino Lakes City Council this 11th day of March, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />O'Donnell and was duly seconded by Council Member Roeser_ and upon vote being taken <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />O'Donnell, Roeser, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATT T: <br />• u i e Bartell, City Cler <br />Jeff Reine Mayor <br />
