• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -27 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT <br />FOR FOREST VIEW ACRES 2ND ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City Council approved the Final Plat for Forest View Acres 2nd Addition, <br />formerly known as Rademacher Addition, on March 11, 2013, and <br />WHEREAS, the City's subdivision ordinance and conditions of approval require the execution <br />of a development agreement, between the Developer and the City of Lino Lakes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves the Development Contract between Rademacher LLP and the City of Lino <br />Lakes, for Forest View Acres 2nd Addition and authorizes the Mayor and City Clerk to execute <br />such agreement on behalf of the City. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Membeio' Donnellnd upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />J ianne Bartell, Cit Clerk <br />Jeff Reine , Mayor <br />
