CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -33 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AN EXTENSION OF TIME FOR THE SUBMITTAL OF <br />THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FINAL PLAN AND FINAL PLAT FOR <br />CENTURY FARM NORTH 6TH ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, review and approvals of plats are governed by state statutes and City ordinances, <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the Planned Unit Development — Development Stage Plan for Century Farm North, <br />approved by the City Council on April 28, 2003 with Resolution 03 -60, included a phasing plan <br />for final platting a specified number of units each year, and <br />WHEREAS, the final plat for Century Farm North 5th Addition was approved on March 14, <br />2011; and <br />WHEREAS, the city's Subdivision and Platting Ordinance requires the final plat for subsequent <br />phases be submitted within one year of approval of the final plat for the previous phase, and <br />WHEREAS, a request has been submitted to the City to extend the time allowed for submittal of <br />a final plat upon approval by the City Council, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planned Unit Development — Development Stage Plan for Century Farm North <br />• is still in compliance with City requirements. <br />• <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />hereby approves an extension to the submittal time of the PUD -Final Plan/Final Plat application <br />for the Planned Unit Development for Century Farm North 6th Addition, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. The PUD -Final Plan/Final Plat for Century Farm North 6th Addition must be <br />submitted by October 1, 2013; unless an additional extension is granted by the City <br />Council. <br />2. All conditions of approval for Resolution No. 03 -60 will continue to apply to the site. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 11th day of March, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoesz and upon vote <br />bein taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, O'Donnell, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />nope <br />Resol.
