• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -37 <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION SERVICES CONTRACT <br />WITH WSB & ASSOCIATES <br />OTTER LAKE ROAD EXTENSION <br />WHEREAS, the City of Lino Lakes has awarded the contract for the Otter Lake Road Extension <br />project; and <br />WHEREAS, WSB & Associates, City Engineer, has submitted a proposal to provide <br />construction engineering services for the project; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />1. the construction services agreement with WSB & Associates in the amount not to exceed <br />$42,490 is hereby approved. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 25th day of March, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member O' Donnell and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Stoesz, R <br />The following voted against same: <br />A <br />Jeff Rei - rt, rayor <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />2 <br />
