<br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -41
<br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING 2013
<br />COMPENSATION PLAN FOR NON -UNION EMPLOYEES
<br />WHEREAS, Section 207.04 of the Code of Ordinances requires the City Administrator to
<br />establish and maintain a compensation plan for all positions in the City, which is to be reviewed
<br />and approved by the City Council; and
<br />WHEREAS, this plan is in compliance with Minnesota Statute 471, which is referred to as the
<br />Pay Equity Law; and
<br />WHEREAS, the compensation plan for non -union employees was revised to include a two
<br />percent (2 %) wage increase retroactive to January 1, 2013.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of The City of Lino Lakes that
<br />the following salary schedule by adopted.
