• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -43 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PEDDLERS LICENSE <br />WHEREAS, Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., has submitted a peddlers license application to the city <br />clerk's office; and <br />WHEREAS, Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc. has complied with all of the provisions of Chapter 613 of <br />the Lino Lakes City Code for obtaining the necessary license for a for - profit business; and <br />WHEREAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted a background check on the <br />company representative that would be working in Lino Lakes, Mr. Jon Randall Samuelson; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: <br />Mr. Jon Samuelson, an employee of Big Bell Ice Cream, Inc., is hereby authorized to vend for a <br />period of six - months beginning May 13, 2013 and ending November 13, 2013. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 13th day of May, 2013. <br />T e motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />0f5-e( and was duly seconded by Council Member ®" Ooane%/ and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />The following voted against same: <br />AT .
