• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -46 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING LEASE TERMINATION AGREEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes determined to lease the portion of the <br />Lino Lakes Civic Complex formerly occupied by the Centennial Early Childhood Education <br />program (the "Facility "), and; <br />WHEREAS, The City Council approved a Lease Agreement with Veritas Academy on March <br />11,2013, and; <br />WHEREAS, Veritas Academy signed the approved Lease Agreement on March 12, 2013, and; <br />WHEREAS, Veritas requested a revised Lease Agreement with new terms and conditions; and <br />WHEREAS, The City Council approved a revised Lease Agreement with new terms and <br />conditions on April 8, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, Veritas Academy did not meet the terms and conditions. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes <br />approves the Lease Termination Agreement. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of <br />Lino Lakes that City staff and consultants are authorized and directed to take all other actions <br />required to carry out the intent of this Resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of April, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member stoesz and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, O'Donnell, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />Jeff Reinert, ► a or <br />
