CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -47 <br />RESOLUTION APPOINTING RICK DEGARDNER TO TWIN CITIES GATEWAY <br />BOARD OF DIRECTORS <br />WHEREAS, The City of Lino Lakes is a participating member of Twin Cities Gateway (TCG); <br />and <br />WHEREAS, The City collects a 3% lodging tax Pursuant to M.S.A. § 469.190 for the purpose <br />of supporting TCG; and <br />WHEREAS, The TCG by -laws require one elected official or appointed municipal <br />representative on the Board of Directors. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes, <br />Minnesota: the City Council does hereby appoint Public Services /Parks & Recreation Director <br />Rick DeGardner to the TCG Board of Directors. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 22nd day of April, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rafferty and was duly seconded by Council Member Stoes z and upon vote being <br />taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Rafferty, Stoesz, O'Donnell, Roeser, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />Jeff Reine a or <br />ATTEST: <br />-Julianne Bartell, Ci y Clerk <br />
