• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -54 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT — FINAL <br />PLAN/FINAL PLAT FOR THE VILLAGE NO. 5-LINO LAKES ASSISTED LIVING <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a planned unit development — final <br />plan /final plat approval for property currently described to -wit: <br />Outlot A, THE VILLAGE NO. 4, Anoka County, Minnesota; and <br />WHEREAS, the City has approved a final plat entitled THE VILLAGE NO. 5 which will create <br />the parcel on which the Lino Lakes Assisted Living addition is proposed to be constructed. This <br />parcel will be described as: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, THE VILLAGE NO. 5; and <br />WHEREAS, the planned unit development — final plan/final plat approval request is based on <br />the following submittals: <br />1. Memory Care Addition -Lino Lakes Lodging Plan Set dated April 23, 2013 and received <br />by the City on April 24, 2013. <br />2. Village No. 5 Final Plat received April 24, 2013. <br />; and <br />WHEREAS, at their meeting on April 10, 2013, the Planning & Zoning Board recommended <br />approval of the planned unit development — final plan/final plat subject to certain conditions of <br />approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed planned unit development — final plan/final plat meets the <br />requirements of the City's zoning ordinance, subdivision ordinance, and the Lino Lakes Town <br />Center Design and Development Guide subject to certain conditions of approval. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes <br />that the planned unit development — final plan/final plat for The Village No. 5 and the Lino <br />Lakes Assisted Living Addition are hereby approved subject to the following conditions: <br />1. The developer shall submit an executed development agreement and all documents, fees <br />and securities required therein prior to release of the signed Final Plat. <br />2. The developer shall record the plat within 90 days after the date of approval, otherwise <br />the approval of the final plat shall be considered void, unless the developer requests and <br />receives an extension from the City Council. <br />3. A Sign Permit application shall be submitted and approved by the City Staff prior to <br />installation or construction of any signage. <br />
