• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -59 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT <br />FOR MAIN STREET SHOPPES <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for preliminary and final plat approval <br />for Main Street Shoppes; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed plat based on the <br />following plans and information: <br />• Main Street Shoppes Plan Set dated April 24, 2013; <br />• Main Street Shoppes Final Plat received by the City on April 24, 2013; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on April 10, <br />2013 and the Board recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat application; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary and final plat meets the requirements of the City's <br />Zoning and Subdivision Ordinances; <br />• NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino <br />Lakes hereby approves the preliminary and final plat of Main Street Shoppes, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. The developer shall submit an executed development agreement and all <br />documents, fees and securities required therein prior to release of the signed Final <br />Plat. <br />2. The developer shall record the plat within 90 days after the date of approval, <br />otherwise the approval of the final plat shall be considered void, unless the <br />developer requests and receives an extension from the City Council. <br />3. A Grading Permit application shall be submitted and approved by City Staff prior <br />to any grading or site work. <br />4. All comments from City Engineer Letter dated May 1, 2013 shall be addressed. <br />5. A copy of the approved Rice Creek Watershed District permit shall be submitted <br />to the City. <br />6. On all plans sheets, preliminary and final plat, the drainage & utility easement <br />shall include 10 foot wetland buffer. <br />7. A thirty-two (32) foot wide drainage & utility easement shall be shown on final <br />plat over the public utilities installed in the private drive. <br />8. Otter Lake Drive shall be revised to Otter Lake Road on the final plat. <br />9. Final plat approval requirements: <br />a. A Development Contract shall be drafted by the City and signed by the <br />owner. <br />
