Ile <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -66 <br />Approving Issuance of an Annual Permit Allowing the Sale of Consumer Fireworks at <br />Super Target, 749 Apollo Drive <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application from Target Corporation requesting <br />permission to sell consumer fireworks at the Super Target store at 749 Apollo Drive in the City <br />of Lino Lakes; and <br />WHEREAS, the city has conducted a background investigation of the applicant, and <br />WHEREAS, the fire department has reviewed the application and finds the request to be <br />in compliance with applicable fire codes and fire prevention regulations; and <br />WHEREAS, Target has paid the required license fees and is in compliance with city <br />ordinance; <br />Now, Therefore, Be It Resolved by The City Council of The City of Lino Lakes: <br />That the City Council hereby approves an annual permit for sale of consumer fireworks <br />for the Super Target Store at 749 Apollo Drive, effective upon the date of passage of this <br />resolution. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 28th May of May, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />
