• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13-76 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />FOR ALINO ADDITION <br />WHEREAS, the City has received an application for preliminary plat approval for Alino <br />Addition; and <br />WHEREAS, City staff has completed a review of the proposed preliminary plat based on <br />the following plans and information: <br />• Preliminary Plat -Alino Addition received by the City on June 13, 2013; and <br />• ALTA Survey -Metro Transit received by the City on June 13, 2013. <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held before the Planning & Zoning Board on May 8, <br />2013 and the Board recommended approval of the preliminary plat application; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed preliminary plat meets the requirements of the City's Zoning <br />and Subdivision Ordinances; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by The City Council of The City of Lino <br />• Lakes hereby approves the preliminary plat of Alino Addition, subject to the following <br />conditions for final plat: <br />• <br />1. All comments from City Engineer letters dated May 3, 2013 and June 19, 2013 <br />shall be addressed. <br />2. Preliminary Plat shall be revised and resubmitted with Final Plat application: <br />a. Lot 2 under Property Description shall be revised to Outlot A. <br />b. Area of Street Dedication and Outlot A shall be recalculated to reflect <br />actual ROW dedication. <br />c. Access Control shall be dedicated to Anoka County the full width of <br />Outlot A along CSAH 14. <br />3. Final Plat approval shall be contingent upon: <br />a. Land Use Application and fee submitted to City. <br />b. Joint Powers Agreement with the City of Centerville for construction and <br />maintenance of 21st Avenue N and public utilities shall be required. <br />c. 21st Avenue N shall be extended the full length of the property from <br />CSAH 14 to the northern boundary. <br />d. A Petition and Waiver Agreement regarding public improvement <br />construction and assessments shall be drafted by the City and signed by <br />the owner or a Development Contract regarding public road and utility <br />improvements shall be drafted by the City and signed by the owner. <br />e. Owner shall dedicate to the City at no cost the necessary right of way and <br />drainage and utility easements needed to complete the proposed public <br />
