• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13 -77 <br />Approving the Renewal of Liquor License for Hammerheart, LLC for the <br />2013/2014 licensing period <br />WHEREAS, the licensing period for liquor, wine, beer and dance licenses in the City of <br />Lino Lakes is one year, commencing on July 1 and ending on June 30 the following year; <br />WHEREAS, the City Council is required to approve the renewal of liquor and wine <br />licenses, in some cases, prior to State issuance of a license; <br />WHEREAS, City staff has reviewed the renewal application that has been submitted and <br />verified that local licensing regulations are met; <br />WHERAS, the Lino Lakes Police Department has conducted the required background <br />investigation for the license renewal; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LINO LAKES, MINNESOTA: <br />The City of Lino Lakes hereby approves the renewal of liquor license for Hammerheart, LLC, <br />with said approval contingent upon applicant meeting all city and state requirements for said <br />licenses. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 24th day of June, 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Rcums r and was duly seconded by Council Member Rafferty and upon vote <br />being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, Rafferty, O'Donnell, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />uh <br />Bartell, City Cle <br />
