• <br />• <br />• <br />CITY OF LINO LAKES <br />RESOLUTION NO. 13-86 <br />RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUOTES AND AWARDING A CONSTRUCTION <br />CONTRACT, 2013 SEAL COATING IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the request for quotes for the construction of the 2013 Seal Coating <br />Improvements, quotes were received, opened and tabulated, and the following quotes were received <br />complying with the request: <br />Contractor Amount of bid <br />Pearson Bros., Inc. $63,080.00 <br />Allied Blacktop Company $62,422.00 <br />Engineer's Estimate $72,850.00 <br />AND WHEREAS, it appears that Allied Blacktop Company is the lowest responsible bidder; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Lino Lakes: <br />1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Allied <br />Blacktop Company, in the name of the City of Lino Lakes for the construction of the 2013 <br />Seal Coating Improvements according to the plans and specifications approved by the City <br />Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this2 2n4ay of July , 2013. <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br />Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member O' Donnell and upon <br />vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br />The following voted against same: <br />none <br />ATTEST: <br />u i. e Bartell, City lerk <br />
