A building permit shall be submitted by the applicant and approved by the City prior to <br /> construction. <br /> 3. The driveway shall be paved with appropriate surface. <br /> Adopted by the Council of the City of Lino Lakes this 26 day of Aucgust2013. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was introduced by Council Member <br /> Roeser and was duly seconded by Council Member O'DnnnPl 1 and upon <br /> vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Roeser, O'Donnell, Rafferty, Stoesz, Reinert <br /> The following voted against same: <br /> none <br />
